My name is Anna and I am an intuitive empath. I am 21 years old and a college student. Currently, I attend a local school, where I am working to obtain my BA in Counseling/Psychology. On the side, I am working to obtain a degree in Metaphysics from the University of Metaphysical Sciences, as well as taking courses in Raw Foodism.

I offer intuitive/psychic readings and spiritual card readings. These can be general messages that are important for you to know right now, and/or specific answers to a question(s) you may have. I also offer energy healing. Energy healing is the prerequisite to health on the physical, material level. Everything happens first on the energetic level and then is manifested in the physical realm. In order to experience true, lasting healing from any illness or condition, be it a mental disorder, a physical ache or pain, an addiction, a bad habit, a disease, or anything else, we must first do the energetic work. Often times, there are emotional thought patterns and beliefs underlying dis-ease. These toxic thought patterns and emotions manifest as physical symptoms of pain, illness, disorder and dis-ease in the physical. In an energy healing session, we’ll work to understand what exactly ails you, what emotional beliefs might underlie this problem, and then work to release them and re-program our minds to truth through the use of positive affirmations. I will channel healing energy for you and teach you how to do the same for yourself, if you so desire it.

Another area in which I have extensive knowledge and experience is with nutrition and disordered eating. I offer food cravings analysis for those who need help overcoming an addictive, unhealthy craving to a certain food. Food cravings are a highly informative source of emotional education. They signal unresolved issues and unmet emotional needs. Together, we will discuss the science behind food cravings analysis, what it is, how it works, and also work to discover what foods you crave and/or regularly binge on. We will then work to uncover the underlying emotional need that is not being met. Finally, we will work to find ways in which to get those needs met, rather than turning to food to numb our pain and silence those needs.

I do realize that oftentimes food cravings are indicative of nutritional deficiencies in our daily diets. I do take that into account and we can discuss your diet as well, if you wish, to determine if there is a possibility of a deficiency.

I offer nutritional counseling, especially from a spiritual perspective. If you would like dietary guidance or would like help with adjusting your diet and eating as high-vibrational as possible, I am able to help with that.

Lastly, I offer intuitive advice pertaining to disordered eating. I offer general advice, as well as counsel about the energetic and spiritual root causes behind disordered eating.
